అజాదీకా అమృత మహోత్సవంలో భాగంగా ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ స్వాతంత్య్ర సమర వీరులను ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ గుర్తించుకునే విధంగా ఢిల్లీలో అమృత వాటికలో మేదా దేశ్ మేరా మాతి కార్యక్రమంలో నిర్వహించి దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రజలను, అధికారులను, అనధికారులను బాగస్వామ్యం చేసారని జిల్లా బిజేపి పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు పివి శివా రెడ్డి అన్నారు. విష్ణు ప్రియ కన్వేన్షన్ హాల్లో శనివారం జిల్లా నుండి పలు గ్రామాల నుండి తెప్పించిన మట్టి, బియ్యం కళాశాలను అదుకున్నారు. జిల్లా వ్వాప్తంగా సేకరించిన కళాశాలను ఆదివారం విజయవాడ నుండి బయలు దేరు ప్రత్యేక రైలులో ఢిల్లీకి చేర్చటం జరుగుతుందని చెప్పారు. ఈనెల 30,31 తేదీలలో స్ఫూర్తి వనం నిర్మాణానికి శ్రీకారం చుడుతున్నారని ఆ కార్యక్రమంలో జిల్లా నుండి పలువురు నాయకులు పాల్గొంటున్నట్లు చెప్పారు.
